Generally we operate a no refund, return or exchange policy. However, customer’s satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, so if you have a concern about the quality or find any problems of your product within 7 days of delivery, please contact us via email with invoice, the reason you are dissatisfied and some product photos if possible.

Any returns due to quality issues must be reported via email within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note note that we cannot accept returns of gift vouchers, artificially damaged pieces or unwrapped bedding products. Sale or discounted items and any items damaged after you have acknowledged receipt are also not eligible for exchange.
